Refund and Returns Policy– Vinevo
At Vinevo, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order due to size issues, defects, or receiving the wrong item, you may request a return within this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in the same condition as you received it
Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.
After the product is received and inspected by our team, the return will be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will happily arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Products purchased during special sales or clearance
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
